Information you provide
Pilot and contact forms collect your email and any name, company or message you provide. Company accounts store team profiles, customer contact details, addresses, job notes, measurements, quotes, schedules and invoice records. Quote approval stores the approved version, approver name, consent and time. Do not include payment credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information in notes or contact forms.
How information is used
We use these records to respond to requests, set up participating companies and operate their workflows. Account and request data also supports troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Job information is available to authorized users in the same company. Customer quote, schedule and payment links provide access to the specific information needed for that workflow; treat those links as confidential.
Service providers
Configured services may include Neon for account access and database records, Resend for email, Mapbox for address lookup and map features, and hosting infrastructure for delivery and request logs. Optional online payments and business verification use Finix. Finix’s hosted forms collect card, bank and verification details; PaveBoss receives tokens, account identifiers and payment status rather than those full credentials. Job photos, when enabled, are stored through the configured private file-storage provider.
Cookies and technical information
Account services use cookies for sign-in. Your browser may store theme, table and saved-view preferences. Hosting and application services can process request information such as IP addresses and user-agent details for delivery and troubleshooting. Public form rate limits store a hashed request identifier with an expiration time.
Records and requests
Records remain in the company account until removed or the account is closed, subject to retained approval, payment and operational records and provider backups. Contact us to ask about access, correction, export or deletion. If your contractor uses PaveBoss, contact that company first about its job records. We review account ownership and any necessary record retention before making a change.

Submit a request through the contact form, using the email associated with your company or earlier request. This notice will be updated as the pilot’s data practices change.
