Founding pilot terms
Updated October 1, 2026
Joining the pilot
PaveBoss is a pilot-stage service for small sealcoating and pavement-maintenance companies. Requesting a pilot does not create a paid subscription. We discuss fit, setup and a start date with you before you agree to begin.
Price and cancellation
The founding pilot is $129 per company per month for your office and up to three crews, including assisted setup. Software invoices are handled manually during the pilot. There is no annual commitment. Contact us before the next monthly invoice to stop. Any change to pilot pricing or scope will be discussed before the next period begins.
Your work and records
Your company controls its job scope, prices, schedule and customer communication. Verify measurements, pavement conditions, access and local permit requirements. Use PaveBoss only for records and communications you are authorized to manage. Keep account access limited to the appropriate members of your company.
Quote approval
Customer approval records the displayed quote version, approver name, consent text and time. The construction agreement and any additional contractor terms remain between the customer and contractor. Approval does not guarantee a work date or confirm payment.
Optional payments
Online payments require Finix account configuration, merchant approval and acceptance of the provider’s applicable terms and fees. Processor charges are separate from the software subscription. PaveBoss adds no platform processing markup. A pending transfer is not a confirmed payment. Refunds, disputes and settlement are handled through the contractor’s provider account.
Pilot availability and leaving
The product may change during the pilot. It requires internet access. We agree on setup and support arrangements directly with participating companies. Keep copies of business-critical records. Contact us for export assistance or to discuss account closure and retained records.
